Students' Perception on the Use of 'Writing 3' Materials to Prepare Final Project Report Writing

This paper aims to identify the second-year undergraduates’ perceptions on their experience in an academic writing course, ‘Writing 3’. is advanced module offered fourth semester after they completed 1’ and 2’. The research was conducted at English Department of State Polytechnic Malang. study used a mixed method as approach. First, it survey towards approximately 42 English-major students from Diploma 3 for Translation Hospitality Industry. Then, followed by written interview with students. results reveal that have good perception use 3’ materials. materials are also beneficial them preparing final report meet need scientific topics. Moreover, components each chapter/topic helped write precisely since taken trusted resources exercises given explore ability. It shows understand language features format part writing.
